| Description | We went on a job for Tabaxi Logistics, travelled to their base with one of their caravans, which was trading goods to TFC. As we arrived there we've talked with merchant who left job request and he gave us vague directions on where we can find an artifact, he wanted us to bring. Also he told us, that while retrieving that artifact, we can meet a monster, which haunts that forest or especially the artifact and it would be nice if we could get rid of that monster too. That part was optional and payed separately. So we moved into the forest and the only thing we new about our goal was the fact that it's somewhere in the forest. Our party tried to make exploration, but not all our attemtps lead us to the artifact. Especially useful was our druid, who talked to creatures in the forest and found out location of ruins and a cave where the artifact could be found. Also our rogue managed to read some signs left by other thiefs that stated that ruin was already looted and the cave was hardly touched. As we approached the cave, a creature that was hiding there spotted us first and attacked us. It was outnumbered and we easily took it down and found the artifact on it. We tried to make a trap, for the monster, who was hunting that artifact, but it didn't work. Finally we concluded that this creature was also the monster, that the merchant told us about. Also we had to take care of couple dwarf bandits on our way back to Tabaxi Logistics. |
